How much do I earn as a LogoMaker affiliate?
You earn 25% commission on every qualifying order a referred customer places. The rate is the same whether that order is a logo, business cards, apparel, promotional products, or a website.
Do I only earn on a customer’s first purchase?
No. Repeat orders can earn too. If someone buys a logo from your link and comes back later for business cards or merchandise while the referral is still tracked to you, you earn commission on that order as well.
Which products can I promote?
LogoMaker’s full range covers logo design, business cards, apparel, promotional products, and websites. Anything a referred customer orders through your link earns the same 25%.
What makes an order qualify for commission?
An order qualifies when it passes our fraud checks, is not a duplicate of another sale, is paid in full, can be attributed to your affiliate link, and stays in approved status for 2 calendar months. Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or flagged inside that window do not qualify.
How are my referrals tracked?
Every affiliate gets a unique tracking link. When someone clicks it, we set a cookie in their browser that identifies you and log the click against your account. If a cookie cannot be set, we use a unique transaction ID and the visitor’s IP address to match the sale to you instead. You can follow clicks, orders, and commissions in your affiliate dashboard.
How long is a referral tracked after someone clicks my link?
A referral is not limited to that first visit. If the customer comes back later and the tracking cookie is still in their browser, or they order from the same IP address we logged, the sale is still credited to you. Referrals are tracked for 60 days after the click.
When do I get paid?
Approved commissions are paid automatically toward the end of each month, no action is required from you. Commissions are reviewed and approved two calendar months after the month in which the qualifying sale was generated. For example, commissions generated in July are reviewed and paid toward the end of September.
Is there a minimum payout, and what currency am I paid in?
Your balance needs to reach $100, or the equivalent in your currency, before a payment is issued. Anything below that rolls over to the next month until you reach the threshold. PayPal payments are made in the currency of the geography the sale was generated in. Payments by direct bank transfer are made in USD.
Can a commission be reversed after it appears in my dashboard?
Yes. If an order is later found to be fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, or otherwise not qualifying, the commission can be withheld or charged back to your account. Breaking the program terms can cost you accrued commissions along with your place in the program.
Can I promote LogoMaker through paid ads?
Yes, with one clear limit: no brand bidding. You cannot bid on LogoMaker or HostPapa brand terms, trademarks, domain names, or display URLs, including misspellings and variations of them, on any search engine. The same applies to competitors’ trademarked terms. You also cannot use our branding in meta tags or other search engine optimization tied to your affiliate links without written permission. Commissions earned from brand bidding are forfeited. Non-brand paid search, content, email, social, video, and resource-page placements are all welcome within the program terms.
Are there rules about how I use the links and creatives?
Yes. Use the links, banners, and branding exactly as they are supplied, with no changes to their shape, colors, design, or wording, and no cloaked links or redirects. Do not describe yourself as an official site or representative or suggest that LogoMaker endorses you, and do not use "LogoMaker" or any variation of it in your domain name. You also cannot offer cash, rebates, prizes, or similar incentives in exchange for someone signing up.
Can I create my own coupons or promotional offers?
No. You can only use the coupons, deals, and incentives issued through the affiliate program, and it is up to you to keep them current on your site. Running your own offers needs written consent from the affiliate manager first.
Can I promote the program by email?
Yes, as long as your email program complies with the CAN-SPAM Act and carries the required opt-out. You also need to filter your list against the current suppression list before every send and pass on any opt-out requests that reach you directly.
Do I need to be approved, and does it cost anything to join?
Applications are reviewed before your account is activated, and acceptance is at our discretion, so joining is not automatic.
